In closing, please remember that this is a Free to Play game, so "trying before you buy" is in its formula. Being unhappy with other aspects of my game or its various updates in general is no excuse for a refund.
If you are having a problem with a credit item you purchased, you should report it to me. The actions I take such as credit refunds, compensations, and bug fixes will vary on a case by case basis. However, typically problems found with the Credit Shop are generously rewarded.
The automated system will only clear completed payments.
If I trust the sender, I will give the credit manually earlier than the eCheck-cleared date, but please keep in mind that this is not a requirement on my part.
